I really didn't know where to post this so I decided to post it here because it mainly addresses the CPU. Here's my AMD Scorpio Setup specs:

So these are the specs of the new computer that I am planning on building. What I am planning on doing is video editing, video rendering, video converting, web browsing, youtube, video recording, Minecraft, Team Fortress 2, Battlefield 3 and Borderlands 2 (if I ever get BF3 or BL2).
All that said, I am probably gonna play Minecraft on MAX and record, TF2 on HIGH and record, BF3 on MEDIUM or depending on what my graphics card can handle and record, same with Borderlands 2. While playing either one of these games at a time, I will run a 24/7 Minecraft Server, skype friends and maybe render a video and convert a video. Maybe sometimes go on youtube or browse the web in case I need help with doing something on a game I'm playing. So basically I will be running 1-3 things (Minecraft server, one game and record but not always record), 1-4 things (same as the last one except will also browse internet/watch youtube video), 1-5 things (all of the above and skype), 1-6 things (all of the above and render a video/convert a video/edit a video).
So will my AMD Scorpio Setup be able to handle all this workload? I am hoping that it will, because I am spending about $700 on this. Please give me a reply ASAP, I really need a good reply, please no fanboyism, Intel is also killer, their i5s and i7s kill AMD processors in almost everything, but their price is way out of my range, that's why I am deciding to go with AMD. Will or will not my Scorpio Setup be able to handle some or all of the different workload sets I mentioned earlier? Again, I really hope it can.

Yeah I was making a price comparison of same brand with the two different models. I think the performance gains are very much worth it. Also I have done 3 builds this year including my personal with AsRock boards. Since your going for budget system I will recommend an inexpensive MB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157280 that may help you make up the difference. Also MB's are probably the cheapest thing to upgrade and you can never have too many of em lying around ;-)

I wanted Sata III, at least two PCI 2.0/3.0 slots (if one of the slots run at a lower speed, then it can't be lower than x8), and at least 2 front USB 3 headers. If you can find me a cheap motherboard with those specs included (PCI doesn't really matter if it's 2.0 or 3.0) but I do need the 2 front USB 3 headers and SATA III connections.

Awesome thanks man. Can you show me more hardware that I could use instead of the current specs (to reduce the price)
I am gonna stick with a 600W PSU because I am planning on crossfiring two XFX Core HD 7770's, but if you think that a lower power (price as well) PSU will make do even with the crossfire, then don't hesitate to show me one.

Hey can you check out my updated specs? Tell me how well that will be
