Will this backplate work?

I bought two titanX's from nvidia directly. Will evga's backplate work on my gpu's?

All Titan X are the exact same. Nvidia will not allow board partners to create custom PCB for the Titan X. All PCB are reference design. Right here. Yes it will work, they would not make it otherwise.

I bought the cards directly from Nvidia. The three holes cut on the backplate dont line up with the three rectangle things behind the chip itself. Please look at my link it shows what the back of the pcb looks like. It doesnt seem to match the backplate.

found this on evga's site. The back of the nvidia pcb and the evga are the same this confirms it. Sweet!

Evga uses a reference pcb design (I think all titan Xs currently use a reference design pcb). It will probably fit. EKWB also has backplates for the Nvidia Titan X.

I looked it up on their site in the manual to put it on. The pcb is exactly the same as the nvidia one. Dont think nvidia allowed anyone to change the pcb of any of the titan series cards and the picture in the pdf confirms this. Thanks for your help guys. Ill keep you posted when I get the plates in.

This is correct. Nvidia will not allow board partners to make a custom PCB for the Titan Series of cards. All Titan X use the reference PCB.

I wonder if my 4790k is bottlenecking my dual titanX's I think jayztwocents said three of his was being bottlenecked by his cpu. I believe it was a 5690k
