I am building a mid range gaming PC on a tight budget. I want to play latest and upcoming games like COD Ghost, Far Cry 3/4, at medium to high settings. So far I have looked at these products-
Processor-
AMD 3.5 AM3+ FX 6-Core Edition FX-6300(About $121)

or
Intel 3.1 GHz LGA 1155 Core i5 3450(About $185)
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_i5/Intel-Core%20i5-3450.html
Motherboard
ASUS M5A97 LE (about $95)
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A97_LE_R20/
Graphics
Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 260 X 2 GB DDR5(about $157)

RAM
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 4 GB (about $53)
PSU
Corsair SMPS CX500 500 Watts PSU(Abou $60)
The case is a Corsair Carbide Mid Tower Gaming Case. I have a 160 GB HDD which I will replace with a 1 TB HDD in a month or two due to budget constraints. Between the two processors, is the $64 additional cost worth it? Or is there a better, more value for money CPU in that price range for me? Is there a cheaper alternative to that GPU? Is the motherboard good enough, or should I look for an alternative for that too? And will the power supply be able to support the components?
Thank you
