Should be enough to play the latest games, also a little hint, create a RAID (or use an SSD for your OS and programs and use your current HDD for storage and/or backup) for a bit more speed especially if your playing big games, can drastically increase loading times 😉

How much fps can I expect to get in gw2 and plaetside 2 and how much better is the FX 8350 than the i5 2400

8350 and 2400 are very different CPUs. In multi-threaded applications, the 8350 will definitely perform much better. Also consider the 8320.

I generally don't estimate FPS, but you can look at benchmarks. I don't play either of those games.

I have that CM case. Although I have been generally satisfied with it, I would just point out that it does not have any USB 3.0 sockets. Also, the drive cage design is really cheap.
