Will the Aerocool KCAS 600W 80 Plus bronze Psu (https://www.mwave.com.au/product/aerocool-kcas-600w-80-plus-bronze-power-supply-ab69615#detailTabs=tabSpecifications) work with a msi Gtx 1060, a Z170 gaming motherboard and a intel core i5 6400?

It would work, but Aerocool doesn't make very good quality PSU's. Look at the Antec HCG 520, it's based on the Seasonic S12II series platform. It's a good quality PSU and had more than enough wattage for your system.

+1 for Steven Seag....I mean, Bad Actor with nice smile 😉 Antec HCG is an excellent unit. You can also look for EVGA B2/G2/P2 in that wattage range. XFX is also made by Seasonic, great PSUs.
