More likely the RAM I'd say... For a AMD 70series card youd DDR4 3200 at least <- [personal opinion] - (could try overclocking the RAM with some software to run at 3200 but then again I don't know enough about overclocking to say much). The PSU I'd go for a 750w/850w considering its a i9 (alone) 10th gen and the 70 series...
If you are open to other GPUs (likely similar power consumption) I'd say go for a 4070(ti)

Any build I do I try get a PSU that is:
1. by a respectable manufacturer - corsair, evga, etc.... (avoid Gigabyte heard of some of their PSUs exploding or similar)
2. Double the recommended Pcpartpicker voltage - nice to have headroom especially if later on you're going to further upgrade
3. Gold rated or better - more efficient, more power, less heat

10850k is a good cpu the 7800xt is a 1440p card so you wont get to much bottle neck at 1440p

better ram wouldnt go astray either but depends on budget !!
hey at 4k pc gaming would it be a bottle neck? what if i upgraded the psu+gpu+ram with 50" 4k television

at 4k not really most of the work will be on the gpu

But 7800xt not really a 4k gpu without upscaling or lowering graphics settings ..

1440p would be fine ..

i use my PC /xbone series x and ps5 on a 55" sony bravia ..

but a 750w psu a 7800xt with some better ram is a start and will give you solid 1440p gaming ..

a 7900xt or 4070ti if RT is your thing would also be good but depends on your budget and may need to go to a 850w psu !!
