Will a intel core i3 6100 3,7GHz Bottleneck a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB?

That should actually be a pretty good pairing. The hyperthreading of the 6100 should give you plenty of CPU capability. It really depends on the titles you want to play if this is a setup for gaming, but the two components should play quite well together.
