Will this build be able to run ARMA 3 on ultra?

Hello again all! After numerous attempts at deciding what would be the best specs to run high-end settings on today's modern and previous titles, I'm utterly lost with a ton of responses, telling me which is the best choice for my dollar. Do I go with a Radeon or an Intel? An R9 290 or an i5, or even an i7? What would be able to handle the most ultra of settings without dying out quickly? This is utterly insane, and I know people have different recommendations.. *sigh* I need another detailed review. Tell me what ya'll think of this. Also, what would anyone reccomend for speakers? My room is a tad.. Small for surround sound.

I suggest you just get a 4790k & a Titan X or if you want to spend less get a 980 or wait for the 980 ti. Get an ROG branded z97 motherboard, 16 gb of Ram and a ssd. The PSU you selected is good however you can probably get less wattage.
