Will this build be compatible and good-performance

Here is the build:
-MoBo : Gigabyte GA-B250M-HD3
-CPU : Intel Kaby Lake Core i5 7600K
-Cooler : COOLER MASTER Hyper 103 COOLER
-RAM : Crucial 8GB DDR4 2133 MT/s

-The case and GPU (EVGA GTX1060 SC) are already bought as this is sort of an upgrade also

You probably want a z270 motherboard so you can overclock your K chip. If you don't plan on overclocking the 7600 non k is $20 cheaper... other than that your set.

I dont really plan on overclocking, so for normal use, would the GA-B250M be fine?

Yea it will. I'm just saying you don't need an unlocked(K) chip if your not going to overclock. i5 7600 with no k will save you around $20-$30...
