Will this build be good

I will use it for gaming editing and heavy multimedia school work and web browsing.
I will build it 2013 summer or should i wait for haswell btw im not in a hurry

Changes that i would make:

You could swap out the MSI motherboard for this Asrock Z77 Extreme4.

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is an excellent air cooler but you could stick with your water cooling (completely your personal preference).

There is cheaper 16Gb 1333mhz ram (g.skill, corsair etc) and overclocking them is easy and gives a nice boost for $40 cheaper.

You could switch out the WD for a seagate 1tb that's faster but look at the warranty first.

HD 7950 or GTX 670 would be better value for gpu.

Also you can get the corsair TX 650w

i want water cooling and i know tons of people with bad experience with asrock and the 670 was my first choice windforce oc one and waiting if 700 series will show up and will the 3770k get hot on 4.5 ghz with that cooler but these days a lot of people are saying mushkin ftw and is corsair good in quality

The water cooler would be better for 4.5Ghz but the air cooler can hold its own, just only higher temps.
