Will this build run 60fps?

Hello, this is my current build and wondering if this build will be able to run most games on 1080p at 60fps.

Processor: Intel Core i7 3770 @3.4 Ghz
RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws X 8GB
Video Card:MSI GTX 970 4G Gaming 4GB DDR5
Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-M Pro
PSU: Orion 600 watts
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 120GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB

Yes, 1080P 60fps should be no problem even on ultra settings.

As long as your CPU is not overclockable it is usually a waste of money to purchase an aftermarket cooler.

These are the reasons why you may want to purchase a cooler for the i7 3770:
1. Stock coolers get very loud. This is annoying you.
2. You have used the stock coolers for years now and your temperature readings are above 70C on heavy load.

However if you don't mind spending the extra bucks for a dead silent CPU you can purchase a Hyper 212 Evo or Cryorig H7.
Keep in mind purchasing an aftermarket cooler is unnecessary unless you are encountering heat issues or noise issues stated above.

To be honest you would not need to overclock your processor to achieve a stable 60 fps on ultra 1080p. I run a I5 4460, which in gaming terms is similar to your I7 on base clocks (a little inferior in fact) and my GTX 970 is weaker then than the I5 in gaming. I actually overclocked the card to keep up.
