Here's a few questions.
1. Do I need extra fans?
2. How much fps will it get on minecraft?
3. Safe to overclock?
4. Tips to help the build?

P.S. tight budget

EDIT : Just a reminder i'm playing Minecraft and probably csgo if i get tired of minecraft and i might not even need to overclock. I just hear about it a lot and it seems cool yknow.

Solution
Made some improvements.

>better overclocking motherboard
>Better GPU

It should be safe to overclock with the fans in place, and will likely do at least 120FPS in minecraft without overclocks.

Solution

The 970 Performance is at about 90USD right now, and he did mention that it his budget is already pretty tight.

Here's the build with the mentioned changes, nonetheless. Also switched to a superior cooler.
