Will this card run a 1920x1080 res screen?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if this card will be able to run a 23" 1920x1080 screen. The PC will be used for nothing more than solitaire in terms of games so I just need a card that is as cheap as possible to run 1920x1080.

can't your onboard VGA run at that resolution? no point spending money where you don't need to.

I thought some motherboards didn't come with onboard VGA and older processors didn't have a form of integrated GPU. Could this be a reason to need a low level dedicated graphics card?

I dig the aggressive description paragraph and the mentioning of the MSI Afterburner overclocking tool, on a passively cooled card. All seriousness though, anything can run Solitaire. It literally has no system requirements. Your discrete GPU will offer better video playback however, so even Youtube will benefit from the new card.
