will this change my performance alot? (gpu)

i have a very gppd motherboard and processor but my performance is low because i am using intergrated graphics (an hd530 to me more precise) my current performance on most games like beamng and scrap mechanic is almost alwas under 30 fps on the lowest settings,i am planning to either get a 750 ti,a gtx 980,or maybe a 1030,but i am unsure of how much my performance will be affected by doing so,so will my performance change massively or not that much,

also here are my specs:
4gb ram
4gb memory
G1 Sniper Gaming B7
i5(LGS 1151)

There's no 1030.
A 980 is equivalent to a 1060.

What's your budget?
A dedicated GPU will improve your performance a lot.
4GB RAM + 4GB Memory?? What does that mean?
