[SOLVED] will this combination of parts work?

Solution
Try using PCPartpicker to spec your system, it'll highlight compatibility issues and give you a good idea of price as well. Without knowing your budget and what you want to do (gaming, work, etc) it's hard to spec a system but here's a starter for ten:

The Thermaltake TR2 PSU is awful and a surefire way to destroy one of your components when it dies. I'd replace that with a Corsair CX 550 2017 (non modular) at least.

3 things:
Replace that PSU with anything from t1 or t2 https://www.gamingscan.com/psu-hierarchy/ If you want to use it for more than 2 years.
I would pick cheaper CPU like Zen 3600 for it,
https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i7-9700K-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-3600/4030vs4040
As its basically same performance with that GPU but half $.

Ddr4 ram not ddr3. Its really worth it & DDR3 will not work after the Skylake series of processors.
I am very sorry but I did not understand a word you said

I would not use Corsair LPX memory with Ryzens.
