Will this computer build work for a gaming pc?

Hi, I'm currently looking to build a gaming pc and I'd like to know if I've chosen parts that are compatible and will work reasonably well together.
Please tell me if there are any components I've forgotten or you think need changing, particularly if there are any better variants of the same graphics card for the same(ish) money thanks.

Spend a few pounds more and get this case -

It is a much higher quality case, has cable management, lost of room for upgrades for the future and USB 3.0. Just leave the CiT case behind, they use thin metal and top mounted PSUs with long cables are problematic for cooling and cable management.
