Low for sure as indicated by the benchmarks you can find in the Banner on the homepage. Depending on your resolution you might be able to get away with mid-low settings in the ~40 fps range.

If your mobo allows for overclocking I think that would also help with that processor although the CPU benchies seem to indicate an x2 dual core is more than adequate.

PS, If you could up your GPU budget to about ~$100.00 the 7750 would let you play on high.

Low & some settings to med, i played the beta on my lap which got the same GPU u have and got 20~50 fps, am considered to play the game on my lap when am out XD

You will have problems playing with that GPU. Upgrade to a 6770 or a 7770. If you can't because you need a lowprofile card the best you can do is a 6670. I will link you to all three. Good luck to you.

I ran the friends and family beta fine with some settings on medium or high with an athlon x2 5600, 4gb of ram, and an 8800 gts with 320 gb of vram. Mind you the framerates dipped a lot when there was a lot going on, but it was playable. Just that, playable. I actually am waiting on my mobo which is coming tomorrow to finish building my new rig.
