Will this config work?

I am looking at either building this myself or having a local shop put it together for me.

MSI P55a-g55

i5 760 2.8 quad

EVGA GTX460 1gb

4gb 1600 (corsair probably)

Seasonic SS-600 ET 600wPSU

probably use a cheap Antec mid tower case unless I find a deal on a fancy one.

questions: is a 600w power supply enough or should I go for a 650w or higher? do you think it is worth buying extra cooling for the CPU or will the factory cooling be sufficient?

a 550w is sufficient for a gtx 460 1gb

note: that the mobo isn't sli ready neither is the psu
