Will this cooler fit with my RAM

I decided I want this cooler but I just want to know if this cooler will fit in with my high RAM modules if I put the ram in slots 2 and 4 ?
I have asus maximus iv gene-z/gen3 mobo
8gb corsair vengeance
corsair c70 case
gtx 760 gpu

I dont want to buy it and it dont fit

That will be a problem. I would recommend a water cooling setup or a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO with RAM modules installed on the red-colored slots.
