Will this cooler fit?

I am planning on upgrading my pc, and I have first went for my case, which is the Fractal Design Define S. I just saw on amazon that the Corsair H45 has gone on sale, and I bought it as an impulse buy.
What I am wondering is will this cooler fit into my case, and also will it work with the Skylake I plan on upgrading to.

yes the 120mm water cooler raditor can be installed in the Fractal Design Define S in the front, top, or rear. I wouldnt' suggest the bottom tho but it is also and option.
