Will this cooler work?

I'm wondering if this cooler will have clearance and not be pressed up against my ram or anything sorry if this sound like a dumb question, i have never used after-market air cooling before.

Should be OK - do you already own that board ,& if so what CPU are you running??

I ask because the board has a fairly weak vrm set & introducing a tower style cooler removes secondary cooling behind the cpu where the vrm's are located.
Whilst the evo will drop CPU temps it can cause overheating on the board itself.
There may be better/other options.

Do you already own the motherboard mate ??
If not id go for this one with the evo 212.

More expensive I know but cools better than the evo,is easy to fit,has zero ram interference+cools the vrm's & northbridge at the same time.
On that board its just plain a better (probably the best) choice.
