Solution
You'll need a BIOS update on the Z170 board to support the 7700K, keep that in mind. It's a very weird pairing, and there's nothing in the ad (that I can see) confirming the BIOS is updated. Would be a very strange 'bundle' to sell if it hasn't been, but still.
An out of the box, compatible Z270 board shouldn't set you back much more... and has less potential headaches.

In fact, with an SLI compatible board, it works out about the same to buy them individually anyway:

CPU: Intel - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (£253.99 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: ASRock - Z270M Extreme4 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard (£82.16 @ Amazon UK)...

And if you don't *need* SLI support, it can be cheaper:

As for RAM, depends on your use case. For the vast majority of users, a 2x8GB kit of DDR4, 2400MHz or greater should be sufficient.
Intel chips don't benefit as much as their AMD counterparts from faster memory.

This Team Vulcan kit @ 3000MHz is actually only 10quid more than the cheapest 2x8GB kit @ 2400MHz!

As for a CPU cooler, really depends what you want to do.
A Cryorig H7 would be more than sufficient for stock speeds or a mild overclock.

For some serious overclocking, you'll want to look to sizeable air coolers like a Noctua NH-D15 or similar.... or a decent 240mm AIO.
