I currently have an amd fx-4300 processor running with a radeon 7850. I'm planning on buying a gtx 680 but i'm not sure if it would be worth it if my cpu is going to be a huge bottleneck. Do you think that there's going to be a huge problem, or should the cpu/gpu combo be okay.

No it won't. Check out any CPU hierarchy chart. There's almost no discernible difference in gaming performance from the $120 AMD A10-6800K and the $1000 Core i7-3960X. There's really only very minor little details in each CPU, but that's not enough to say that won't bottleneck one part or another.

I would get the 770 but im getting the 680 through the deals forum at a good price. I'll be playing games at 1920 x 1080. Mostly games like BF3, Cod, Borderlands 2, and a few rpg's on the side.
