Hey I am wondering if a CPU will fit in my old motherboard. I currently have a old Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 760 @ 2.80Hz and I want to replace it with a i5 6600K 3.5 GHz. If it dosent fit is there any motherboard under 30$ that will work? I have an old Lenovo motherboard thanks.

Solution
No, and no.

You need a LGA 1151 board for that CPU and honestly for it to make any sense a z170 or z270 motherboard all of which are nearly 3* your "budget"

Can I have a link to the motherboard please.

I have a GTX 750 Ti OC a EVGA 500W PSU Windows 8.1 Pro 4GB ram? Will they work?

Need to check your case if it's a standard case (standoffs in a place that will meet a normal board) then this will work. Need another $30 or so for a case if not. Use your 750 to. This will be very upgradable for the next couple of years.
