Will this DDR2 Samsung RAM work on my Asrock G41M-S ?

Low density works with intel chips and g41m is an intel chipset. AMD = high density so yes

G41 chipset is a DDR3 barebone chipset.

G31, is has about the same feature while still at DDR2.

So it won't compatible with your board.
