Corsair's 220T Airflow supports a maximum of 300mm long graphics cards. With fans in the front, that should drop to 275mm(standard fan depth is 25mm).
Find a gpu that falls within that spec, and it should be smooth sailing from there.

It's a ATX chassis, that's an ATX motherboard and an ATX psu in the links. Not a problem.
