Will this FM2 CPU Connect to a FM2+ Motherboard?

However the CPU is just FM2
and the motherboard is FM2+


But the site says its compatible? The pin sizes will be different? Please help

FM2+ motherboards are backwards compatible with all FM2 and FM2+ CPU's, but NOt FM1 CPU's.

You should be fine.

Yes they will work. FM2 chips can work in either FM2 or FM2+. FM2+ chips can only work in FM2+ boards.

You will be fine. There were FM2+ motherboards available months before FM2+ chips came out. 😉

nope. pin size is exactly the same.

yeah, you should be perfectly fine.

just like AM3+, which was backwards compatible with AM3 processors such as Phenom II's.
