Will this get at least 60 FPS on Arma 3?

Solution
The thing is, my current build I'm running fx 8350 and a single 770. But on arma I get about 20 fps. Because arma only uses 1 thread, will overclocking it help? If my cpu is my bottlneck, will another GPU "expand" that bottleneck? It's just really frustrating because I know people with similar builds getting like 100+ on arma 3 but with intel. I don't have 700$ to spend on a new mobo and CPU though :/

My current build: 16 GB ram, fx 8350, one GTX 770 not overclocked. Arma 3 fps on ultra - 10-20

My build in 3 days: 16 GN ram, fx 8350 at 4.8/5.0GHZ, TWO gtx 770 overclocked a bit. Arma 3 fps - unknown.

Basically I want a rough estimate on what "unknown" would be.

Alright, so with the new information that you already have an FX 8350 and Arma only runs on one thread.. You should still get over 60, but maybe not much higher. I personally have not tested how demanding Arma 3 is on the CPU, but I know from hearsay that it is extremely intensive GPU-wise, so adding a second GPU should significantly boost your performance. With that, plus the overclock, you should be fine.

Well, that is strange. That suggests that it is definitely because of the CPU, as there is really no way that changing the settings WOULDN'T alter FPS if it is a GPU bottleneck.
