Will this Gpu and cpu combo work?

I currently have a FX-6300 and a cheap graphics card to past the time but I just found a nice one but I don't know if it will play nice with my cpu

It will work just fine make sure your power supply is enough to power it. A quality 500/550 watt will do.

I have a 500w PSU but its only a cheaper sort of one, not modular.
