I know this has been asked for so many times. I'm planning to upgrade my gpu (GTX 650) to GTX 960 ($142 Used). Below are the pics of my sata ports & cables:

GTX 960:

This particular model is the only one available here so I have no other choice. :(

So, with my current sata cable (The one came free with asus mobo), will the gpu fit?
Please don't recommend 1050 ti ($166) cause it is out of my budget. From where i came from, $24 difference is a lot. Sorry for bad formatting, first time poster.
Cheers.

What country are you from? There's also the option of a 1050. Very, very slightly worse than a 960, but depending on where you are it should be below $142, and it should be new. And it would most definitely fit.

That being said, the 960 would also fit. The shroud wouldn't fit so closely to the motherboard that it would interfere with anything that's on the board like the heatsinks or SATA ports/cables.

I'm from Malaysia. There are 1050 for $135+ but with $7 difference, might as well get the 960. What are your thought on this? 1050 or the 960?

Max gpu length for my case is 315mm. So why it would not fit?

Length able to be fit isn't determined by the motherboard, it's determined by the case.

The shroud on a GPU isn't going to touch a motherboard, at this point you'd need to measure in your case to make sure it would fit width and lengthwise. Width is from the motherboard->side panel of your case, length is from the expansion slots->front of your case (or whatever is in your case that the card would hit first).

My current case is Aigo Blade 2 and according to the specs, max gpu length is 315 mm. As for the height, this case can fit a 160 mm cpu cooler.
