Will this GPU work in my X51 R1?

Hello all I was wondering if this graphics card (EVGA GeForce GTX 750 ACX Cooling) would be suitable for my X51 (R1).

My specs are:
Intel Core i7-2600 Processor
1GB Nvidia GeForce GT 545
6 GB RAM
Windows 7 premium (64-bit)
330 W PSU

Also apart from the technical concerns, will it physically fit into my system? Thank you for your time!

Hi there
That system of yours should have no trouble with the GTX 750.
According to the Dell spec that system will even take a GTX960.
