Would the ASUS STRIX-GTX 960-DC2OC-2GD5 fit inside the zalman T2 case, and would a zalman zm450w PSU be enough to power it along with an A8-5600k and 2x 4GB hyperX fury ram?

Yes, that PSU should be enough for the GTX 1060 and it'll fit in the case.
