The 280W PSU can power the 95W limited CPU, and any GPU that runs off of the 75W PCIe slot. The low power rating matches the small case with few drive bays, or expansion slots.
Some GTX750 were UEFI, and some were not. the same is true for the newer GTX1050 series. But it's true a UEFI card won't run on that machine.
The problem with the GTX 1050 Low Profile cards is they all have a DVI port hard mounted in the 2nd slot position, and you need a single slot solution.
So A GTX 750 TI Low Profile with the VGA port on a cable is the way to go.
Unless you're feeling adventurous.
Then you could get the full height PCIe riser kit tht allows full height single slot GPUs of 1/2 length in the DT case.
The best candidate would be the ZOTAC GTX1050 Mini 2GB. It's 2 slots wide but has a single slot bracket is isn't any longer than the PCIe slot.

i've never owned a DT so haven't tried this myself. Of course a GTX 750Ti single slot card would be a no brainer.
