The card should drop in. I'd advise that you check and see that the motherboard is on the latest BIOS version. What PSU are you working with?

Hey! I have a 320 Watt HP dps-320nb-1a PSU.

The bios version is v2.29, which I believe is the latest. The motherboard is Hewlett Packard 1494.

You're advised to have at least a 350W reliably built PSU to drive your entire system with a GTX1050Ti in said system. You asked if the card will fit in the case, to that, the answer is yes. If we're to look deeper, a very old PSU that's been in service with a sticker advertising 320W will not output that amount after all these years(of use).
