Will this help an old pc?

Hello.
My brother have an weak pc, and I want help him iprove it a little.
He has a realy bad pc:

Intel Pentium dual core (G550 i belive);
4 GB RAM
ASUS B85...

He plays CS:GO on low 1200x720 with 20-30fps and sometimes he lag...

Now my question is: If I put there any gpu, will it make big diference? Like playing cs:go at last 60fps on min setting and other light games?

I was think dont spend more than 80€ and the gpu must no need an adicional pcie power conector.

or
AMD R7 250

I will buy him the gpu, not him 😛
I can afroad but the problem is the PSU. I dont have adicional pcie power conector from psu. is already a weak psu. I will not buy new PSU to put there any of those cards... to much money.

and does it have any 80+ certificate

As long as he has a 300W PSU, a GTX 750 Ti would work. Also most cards don't require an additional power connector, although some do, so check 1st. Something like this one would work http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487024

Yes, MSI GT 730 with 2GB version would be enough. But If you decide to upgrade to better one then you should first upgrade your PSU.

yes, i would recommend tje GT 730 because it is a great entry level

video card and also recommended by toms hardware

and it would go great with your psu and WILL NOT

put it on full load..............so stick with GT 730
