thats just a windows 10 Disk not a COA don't think it will come with cd key that you need to activate windows.If your system already have or had windows 10/8/7 and have a COA it will work fine but if its a new system it will not activate it.
Also you can make a USB to install windows 10 free of charge at Microsoft website rather then wasting money on this.

No, that's just the installation media. It does not come with a license key.
You can get the installation media yourself, for free, direct from Microsoft.
