Will this laptop be able to play skyrim

I'm considering buying the Acer E laptop and it has a dvd writer. I want to know that I can play games on steam like skyrim or gmod before purchasing this laptop.

Personally I think you'd struggle to get an enjoyable experience out of Skyrim with that laptop.
