Question Will this laptop output 4k @ 144hz ?

I'm looking at a high spec Dell Precision 3591 Laptop. It has HDMI 2.1 and Thunderbolt 4, but after looking through the technical specifications it says the maximum refresh rate is 120hz, would I be able to push it to 144hz with the connections above?

I don't think you'll be able to go past 60Hz while on 4K and if you've got an MUX, chances are you can go to 120Hz with the discrete GPU(not the iGPU.

Depends on the GPU and port version. Check if it supports DisplayPort 1.4 or HDMI 2.1 that’s key information content for 4K 144Hz

It has HDMI 2.1 and DP 1.4 but it states it can only do 120hz.

My TV states it only does 120hz but I can force it to 144hz, so just wondering if i could do the same with this laptop?
