Will this liquid cooler fit in my s340?

For my PC build, I am thinking on getting a NZXT s340 mid-tower case and I am on a hunt for a good liquid cooling CPU. I have my eye on the Kraken x62 Rev 2 98.2 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler but I was wondering if it would fit in my case properly. If not, I would love more suggestions on some liquid coolers!

Or, should I go for the NZXT S340 Elite since it is a bit more roomier?

Yes it will fit perfectly well.
though I hope you understand that this wannabe liquid cooler shinny toy is just an expensive illumination as well as all crap made by asetek (http://www.asetek.com/desktop/do-it-yourself/). Any high end cooler from Noctua, Be Quiet, Cryorig will do same cooling at lower noise without reliability issues.
