Will this MoBo support this CPU?

I made a post about this yesterday but the motherboard I was going to get became out of stock or too expensive so I found a new one.
This is the new one: Asus H81M-K
I was wondering if an i5 4460 would be compatible with this motherboard. Or if it needs a BIOS update.

BIOS update needed only if board manufactured before 2914, which seems very improbable.
