Will this MOBO work in an ATX case?

So I plan on getting the new NZXT s340 case thats comming out tomorrow. My mobo is an OEM, but i need to know if it will fit.

that looks like a standard ATX case mount holes

Unless you are using a BTX Board then usually ever the OEM PC's are standard ATX Cases and can be placed in any case so long as the CPU Heatsink can properly mount which this one can.

the only thing is the I/O Pannel on the back. I know some of them they are built into the case and can't be removed in which case you will have to do without one.
