If this is the same motherboard as listed on the Gigabyte website (http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4669#sp) then yes your CPU will run fine on it and yes you can fit up to 2 PCI express x1 cards on it as well as your 16x GPU.

it will run but it leave to small space for future upgrades .... if you can invest 20more $ get an mobo with 4 dimm slots and at least 1 more extra PCIe X4
