Will this motherboard be okay?

So recently my motherboard stopped working, lucky me I know all of the components still work. I went on Amazon and bought a gigabyte micro atx board b85 LGA 1150. Is this board okay for a year or two until I can upgrade.

I have a i5 4670k paired with a hyper 212 Evo. R9 380, Asus strix edition. Two sticks of ddr3 4gb modules of adata xpgs.
All in a 350d by corsair with a seasonic power supply

Yes it will do just fine, but you will not be overclocking on it as the B85 chipset does not support that(you need Z97 for that).

B* series don't support OC. If you don't have plans for OC, then you're fine.
