Will this motherboard still be functional with a crack?

I just recieved a msi b450 tomahawk from amazon in the description it said acceptable condition 1 inch scratch. I thought that meant there was a mark on the metal shroud. What's actually there is a crack 4.2 inches long and the board is bent so not perfectly straight. Will it still be functional? This was fufilled by amazon and supposedly inspected by them but now I doubt that. The crack goes underneath one tiny chip but nothing else that looks integral not sure what to think right now.

No, and I would absolutely send it back. Even a small scratch on a motherboard, if it's in the wrong place, can render one completely useless or worse, damaging to other hardware. No way you should EVER use that board. Send it back.

Thanks I'm not going to take the risk as annoying as it is to have to ship it back I will be more upset if it damages my brand new 2700x and rtx 2070

Yes, I'd definitely be worried about both of those, and potential damage is very imaginable.
