So I'm building a new computer and this will be the first time I will be using DDR5. The motherboard I chose is a MSI MPG Z690 Edge WiFi Gaming Motherboard, the DDR5 version. My question is will the ram I am using work with the Mother Board? My ram is G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Series (Intel XMP) 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin SDRAM DDR5 7200. I am asking this question because I am not sure if the Mother Board supports the 7200 MHz of the ram sticks? If it doesn't support it do you have any recommended Mother Boards for me to use?

Generally its a good idea to start from a Motherboard and find ram that works with it. Not the other way around.

Here is a search of your Motherboard - G Skill Ram Config
If your ram is on list, then it should work with the board.

Other way around is check MSI compatibility site and see if they tested those sticks. The codes of the ram would have meant I could look
