I replaced the Patriot Signature Line 8GB for 2 Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB. 2x8GB = 16GB

Solution
Good job. I like the build. Add an SSD and you;re golden.
And ofcopurse W10 is the OS to get and will work.

Solution
I strongly recommend you get a better POWER SUPPLY.

Examples (approximate price/rebate etc):

$75 http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/zNK7YJ/evga-power-supply-100b10500kr
$85 http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/vRmLrH/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9
$95 http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/N6X2FT/evga-power-supply-220gs0550v1

Power Supply issues can be an incredible hassle. I've built a lot of computers and always try to get people to avoid the cheaper ones. The CX450M isn't horrible, but it's far more likely to fail than the GS550 EVGA model which is only $25 more (about 2% of the budget).

Other:
CPU cooler?
The stock cooler is sufficient to cool, however it will be much louder, especially under heavy load than something like the Cryorig H7. (either way, make sure to download the Asus fan software for that mobo and setup a proper fan profile)

I didn't say it wasn't "fine", simply that I recommend spending a little more on a better PSU like the EVGA GS550 which again adds about 2% of the price.

That said, I'm not sure if this CX-450M is the same as the ones I dealt with before. I've heard they updated them early 2016 so it's hard to get good info on how they compare.

Update:
The EVGA GS550 also has an ECO mode so the fan can be disabled below about 275W likely. The GTX1060 can also turn off the fans, so if you also get something like the Cryorig H7 CPU cooler and setup a good fan profile you can create a really quiet PC.

I guess it's just priorities of where you want to spend the money.

I ordered 2 Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB. 2x8GB = 16GB im receiving it today ;/ Is It fine? Like will it be as good as 2 Patriot 8gb?

Very good, so long as you ordered a 2x8 kit and not two separate DIMMs, as those may or may not work in dual channel.

Received them today, I ordered the Kit :) Thanks mate for answering my questions & helping me build the pc.
