Will this Palit GTX750 be fine with a generic PSU?

After all, it doesn't need a 6Pin. This is because I can't really afford a new PSU but really want to upgrade my Vid Card. My current PSU is a Powerlogic V17 PSU that came with the case. According to the label, it's at 600W but probably less since it's generic.

The GTX750 you link only draws 55W and doesn't need an extra PCI-E power lead to run so you're good to go.

Yes a generic PSU can handle that. In fact it can even handle higher graphics card. BUT a generic PSU doesn't have any sort of protection. There is a high possibility that it will destroy your system sooner or later.
