Will this PC be able to run BF4, Ghosts, etc. on Ultra Settings with a good frame rate?

Currently got an Acer Predator G5900 but the components are all outdated and I feel it's time to upgrade. Others have told me that building my own PC is the way forward but I have no idea how to build one and the idea daunts me.. Was looking for a PC that would be able to run new games such as Battlefield 4 and Call of Duty Ghosts on Ultra settings at a good frame rate.
