Will this pc be compatible?

Solution
Lots of little things.

That unlocked K CPU is a good price, but you could drop a few Mhz and save some money. The 4460 is about 8% slower, but 15% cheaper.
The motherboard cannot overclock the CPU, and I would move up a little to the Pro 4.
If this is a gaming machine, the 16Gb of memory is more than needed.

The grade of the power supply is lower than I would like. Seasonic, Antec, or XFX are our usual recommendations, although there are other choices too.

I'm assuming from the Sound Card that things other than gaming are a priority.

Is my take.

It will fit in the case, as will yours.

Sorry about that, should have included it's for gaming and rendering. Thanks for the information, I've already purchased the i5-4690k and r9 290, since they seemed like great deals right now with the sales. This is the R9 290 I bought. Figured it's $60 cheaper then the 970 and the performance is still good enough to run anything.

I'll most likely buy that Antec 620W you put and also the motherboard. Thanks again.

That's a $200 board! It's great, but I would not spend that much, and it's ATX, mATX should be cheaper. I was thinking of the ASRock Fatality Z97M Killer at $100.

People like that fluid cooler, but I think that air is a better solution except for extreme and enthusiast ('cause you want to) situations. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is the current go-to budget product, and there are reviews of heatsinks and fans here on this site.

That second one is good. The MSI looks like a great price and they make good products, and the ASRock I suggested is good too.

If you want better confirmation, post a question on the Motherboard forum and I'm sure you find the expert experts, rather than a generalist like me. :)
