Will this pc build work?

So im upgrading my current pc and wondering if this new one will al work ok.

3.4ghz intel core i5 4670K 4-Core Haswell CPU
Gigabyte B85M-D3H Motherboard
8GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
Cooler Master Elite 430 Case
XFX Pro Series 550W 80+ Bronze PSU
Zalman CNPS11X Performa CPU Cooler
Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 2GB Graphics Card

Got all the other stuff, will I need to change anything?. thanks.

You will need to change your motherboard to a Z87 model if you plan to do overclocking.
If you dont want to overclock, you can drop the CPU cooler and get the non-K version of the CPU.

The K cpu's are unlocked and meant for overclocking. If you are not overclocking the stock cpu cooler(come with the cpu) will be just fine. Also I would suggest some faster DDR3 1600 ram.
